Before joining our firm, Dr. Samavati had a long and distinguished career in Iran, spanning over 30 years in both legal practice and academia. His extensive experience in judicial and legal matters is further enhanced by his role as an arbitrator at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

Dr. Samavati’s academic achievements are equally impressive. He holds a PhD in Company Law from the University of Birmingham, UK, an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Hull, UK, and an LLM in Private Law along with a Bachelor of Judicial Law from Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran.

In addition to his legal practice, Dr. Samavati is an accomplished author, having published several law books, including Damages Arising from Non-Performance of Contractual Obligations, Competition Law (A Comparative Study), and Insolvency in Iranian Law.
