Throughout his career, Dr. Khalifa has made significant contributions to both academia and professional practice, serving as a professor in Private and Corporate Law at various universities in Tunisia and publishing several books on different legal sectors.

In professional practice, Dr. Khalifa specializes in commercial company law and arbitration.
