Dr. Asma Al Rasheed joined Al Rasheed & Partners in 2012, bringing with her a robust academic and professional background. She earned her Bachelor of Law from the University of Sharjah (2005-2009), followed by an LLM in Commercial and Maritime Law from the University of Hertfordshire, UK (2009-2010). Dr. Asma further pursued a PhD in Private Law (Maritime Law) from the University of Sharjah (2014-2017).

Licensed to appear before all UAE Federal Courts, as well as the Abu Dhabi Courts, Dubai Courts, and DIFC Courts, Dr. Asma specializes in commercial, corporate, and banking matters. Her dedication to the legal profession is reflected in her involvement with the Executive Committee of the Sharjah International Arbitration Centre and the Advisory Board of the College of Law at the University of Sharjah.

With a focus on commercial arbitration and maritime law, Dr. Asma combines her extensive legal knowledge with a commitment to ethical practice and client satisfaction. Her contributions to the firm have been pivotal in upholding its reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.
